(sigh)

So Im stuck. I started weight watchers in Feb. Im down 30 lbs since then and 60 total from having Max in Jan. Im thinner then I have been in 7 years and thinner then I was when I was married even. But Im stuck. My goal weight is still 15 lbs off (what I was when I came home from the mission) and I cant seem to muster the effort to get there. I met my goal for Ashleys wedding, and ever since then things have slowed. I've still lost an average of 1 lb a week, but its been 1 lb down 2 up then 1 down and then 1 down... you get it... Not the consistant 3-4 like I was before. I even bet a friend from home a pedicure that I could loose more weight then her in the next 6 weeks and she's beating me. so HELP. I need some motivation or some stories or inspiration to keep going. I know they say the last 10 are the hardest, it would be so easy to maintain right now.... They dont have a 24 hr gym here, but there is a gym just down the road with a free 10 day pass. Maybe when I get back next month I'll try that, but until then... These arent helping. I dont make desserts, I cant, I'll eat the whole thing, and I've made these twice in the last two weeks. I think my all time favorite cookie and I cant CANT just stop at 1. I will not be making them again. They arent terrible, just 2 points each, but since I have to have like 8...

Happy Birthday Daddy! You're old! :) Just kidding. Mommy's older :) HAHA. We gave CT presents and then I took him to the Cheney rodeo for his birthday. I figure we live in the country, we might as well act like it. It was actually pretty fun. When we got there the family seating was packed but the "Beer Gardens" were wide open. So sans kids we sat in the 21 and over seating. We had to show ID (had to go back to the car to get mine :) ) . But it was awesome! We were close enough to get dirt thrown at us when the horses and cattle ran by. And there wasnt anyone really sitting next to us. Now we know :) It was our first date night since we moved here a month ago. Nice to get away for a minute. We asked the bishops daughter to babysit and she was great, too bad she already nannies for someone else all week! Rats... and the hunt continues for a nanny/sanity. :)

Best invention ever!

Enough said.

Im all growd up

Our darling Max is trying his very best to catch up to the twins. He turned 6 months old a few days ago and we went to the doctors office. He weigh 19 and 3/4 lbs (Jack only weighs 22 and Claire 24 lbs and they only have a couple inches on him) and mommy cant remember how tall he is, but he's in the 95% + in every catagory. He wears size 12 month clothes and in some cases, wears the same size as Jack. He's about the biggest baby on the block! But solid, not chubby. All meat and bones. So we decided to have our first meal today--on the menu--Carrots. And can you believe this boy ate two jars of it?! HAHA. Of course he did. I think he may pass the twins up if he keeps growing like this!

Happy 4th of July

We started the 4th of July on the 3rd by attending the ward breakfast down at the church. I think its the COLDEST July I've ever had. It was 55 degrees at breakfast. Then we just hung out with Daddy for the rest of the day. On the 4th we got up and went to church. What better way to celebrate this beautiful country and all our freedoms then by practicing our religion. Im so thankful to live in this beautiful land and at this time in history.

After church we went down to Riverfront park to just walk around and watch the festivities. The river is amazing! And we stopped to look at the hydroplant just for Dad. Then we came home and CT threw a couple steaks on the grill and we just played with the kids until 9:30.
We headed out to Cliff Park to watch the fireworks from a distance. But still a great view. Claire could have cared less, she was too busy playing in the rocks. And Jack was busy making friends with the neighbors. Max was just happy to be there . But once the show started Jack really perked up. Claire finally did after a minute, but I dont think she was as impressed. But they did a good job staying up and werent cranky at all. Cute things. Exhausted on the ride home. Happy 4th to everyone!

I will Huff and I will Puff...

I can sit up all by myself now and I love to blow raspberries. But if I get blowing too hard, I knock myself over.
